St John the Baptist and St Mary the Virgin

From M25

Leave the M25 at Junction 3. This will bring you onto a large roundabout with traffic lights. Take the exit for Brands Hatch. From here, keep straight for about 1 mile down a long hill. You will reach a roundabout at the bottom with Kings (Vauxhall) dealer on the corner. Take the first exit left. Follow this straight for about 1½ miles. When the speed limit drops to 30 you will pass under a viaduct. (Beware - there is a speed camera hiding around the corner!) You are on the A225 and will now approach from the bottom of the map (below).

From A2

Leave the A2 at Dartford Heath for Foots Cray, Bexley A2018 (Junctions are not numbered but this one is after the Black Prince interchange if travelling from London or after the M25 junction if travelling towards London). Take the A2018 towards Dartford. Cross the roundabout and at the traffic lights, turn right into B2174 (Princes Road). At the next traffic lights (Halfords on left) go straight. (Beware 40 MPH camera on left!). At the next lights (VW dealer on opposite corner), turn right onto the A225. Continue straight at the next lights (Orange Tree pub). You will now approach from the top of the map (below).
St. Johns church is located in Church Road, Sutton-at-Hone which is off the A225, (Main Road). As you turn into Church Road, there is a sharp right-hand bend with the primary school in front of you. The school car park may be opened for additional parking. As you continue up church road, you will see the church on the right. The church car park is opposite.

If you are using SatNav to find us, unfortunately there is no proper post code for the church but the school is DA4 9EX which will get you to the bottom of Church Road from where you will see the church about 500 yards.
